U-Explore's media rich content includes real professionals offering real information about their jobs, progression routes, qualifications and working environments.

U-Explore's School Management Suite (SMS) 'includes learning resources' which are quickly downloadable.
The resources include detailed IAG schemes of work that offer further 'advice' and 'activities' which directly 'help young people to gather, understand and interpret information and apply it to their own situation.'
They also offer 'specialist support to help young people understand themselves and their needs, confront barriers, resolve conflicts, develop new perspectives and make progress.' All activities involved in the resources 'enable the [learner] to explore opportunities, develop their job seeking and employability skills.'

U-Explore also supports the 'implementation of the 14-19 reform programme which places great emphasis on the delivery of high quality, comprehensive, impartial and learner-led IAG and contributes to the 14-19 progress checks' via the Workbook, Notepad and Enterprise Blog facilities.
