U-Explore provides career guidance professionals with a difference. We advise you on the most effective support, directed by your priorities and tailored to your budget. We provide bespoke guidance services and are flexible to suit your requirements.  We have expertise, teaching experience and understanding of how to deliver outstanding careers guidance

Schools and colleges know their learners best, and know their community and often their local employers’ needs best too.  We encourage our guidance professionals to become a part of the school ethos and culture. Having the fantastic range of U-Explore online resources as a way to engage young people really adds to the impact of the range of guidance opportunities provided by our people. Our aim is to continually learn and develop as a provider of quality guidance services to education.”

The programme of support from your U-Explore guidance professional can be designed as required to ensure the model best fits your strategy.  Your school may require more flexibility or increased support around key points in the year, such as:
– the options processes for Year 9 and Year 11
– over the summer break
– events or parents’ evenings
What you should expect from a provider?
Our mission is to change the face of careers guidance. A careers IAG provider should work with schools and colleges to inform young people, but also to inspire, empower and  encourage aspiration through a range of interventions delivered in collaboration with school, staff, parents and opportunity providers.  Young people need help to identify their strengths and to negotiate the bewildering range of labour market and education options, in order to make better and more informed decisions about their future choices. To achieve this we offer schools and colleges the support of talented professionals, innovative software and careers education expertise.

What makes U-Explore different?
Our expertise, teaching experience and understanding of how to deliver outstanding careers guidance ensures that we provide schools and colleges with a joined-up and bespoke package of impartial guidance support. We provide a partnership approach to careers and work-related learning provision. We understand that to deliver an effective careers and employability programme, schools must take in to account a broader perspective – from the needs of learners through to the nature of the community. Your U-Explore careers professional will work with you to ensure that careers advice is not just a one-off careers appointment, but embedded in a whole-school approach.

We advise you on the most effective support, directed by your priorities and tailored to your budget.
