Pathways Tracker generates powerful and accessible evidence and reports – allowing senior leaders and other staff to tackle the issue of securing positive destinations for learners.

Pathways Tracker can be used by anyone supporting the progression of young people in schools and colleges. This may include careers advisors, tutors, SENCOs and support workers to ensure that all interventions are securely stored in one system. Users can record activities, interventions and the outcome of personal interviews with learners, which the system uses to generate a student profile and printable action plan tailored to each young person’s journey.
